  1. GENERAL INFORMATION COLLECTIONWhen you purchase something, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. A purchase can be defined hereon as any transaction including a monetary exchange or not.

    When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We use this information to track behavior, acquisition, and demographics through a third party vendor.

    With your permission, we may send you emails about chamber and community information and events. By engaging in any transaction with the Kalispell Chamber it is implied that you are opting-in to our communications. You may, at any time, choose to opt-out of our communications by
    contacting [email protected] or, in in the case of an e-mail campaign, opt-out using the instructions at the footer of the campaign.

  2. MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION COLLECTIONBy becoming a chamber member you are automatically included in the Kalispell Chamber’s membership directory, both available online and in print. The print directory is available for purchase by the general public and chamber members and includes member’s business name, primary phone number
    and mailing address. If you are a chamber member and would like to be excluded from the print directory please contact [email protected]. E-mail addresses are never shared to the public or outside Kalispell Chamber office staff without explicit permission from you.

Section 2 – Consent

  • HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, or sign up as a member, acts as consent to our collecting of your information.

    If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Secondary reasons may include, but are not limited to, assistance marketing your event or connecting you with someone
    searching for a service like yours.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
