Longview Lavender Distillation Classes
July through August
Experience the magic of lavender! This 2-hour workshop begins with a hands-on tutorial on lavender harvest and concludes with the production of lavender essential oil. Each participant will take home a 10ml bottle of lavender essential oil, a bottle of lavender hydrosol (floral water), and a freshly picked bundle of lavender. The workshop will be held every Thursday from July through August, as well as on August 31st.

Picnic in the Park Summer Concert Series

Brash Rodeo Summer Series 2025
June – September
Rodeo has been a part of Montana’s culture since the first cowboys arrived over 150 years ago. This events include bull riding, bronc riding, chute dogging, roping, barrel racing, and steer riding. Brash Rodeo is Montana’s longest running series open rodeo. Your Glacier country vacation would not be complete without experiencing the legendary Blue Moon Rodeo. Downtown Kalispell Walking Tour
June through September
The Downtown Kalispell Walking Tour is a well-researched and high-quality tour that showcases the evolution of Kalispell as a cultural, economic, and transportation hub of Northwest Montana’s Flathead Valley. As you take the tour, you will learn about different architectural styles and modern reuse, prominent citizens and early settlers, how a bison herd could buy a city block, and where to spot ghost signs. It is a fascinating way to explore and learn about the history of Kalispell.

Kalispell Farmers Market
May through October
The Kalispell Farmers Market offers the freshest produce grown in the Flathead Valley and an array of locally-made goods. Every Saturday during the summer and fall from 9 am to 12:30 pm, find local farmers selling everything from meat and eggs, fruits and vegetables to baked goods to native plants and trees. Shop for handmade jewelry, pottery, soaps, paintings, and many more creations by the region’s talented artisans.
