The Lone Pine State Park Visitor Center and Gift Shop are open year round. The center provides audio visual equipment, tours of the wildlife and forest ecology within the park and the wrap-around deck with mountain vistas is perfect for a social gathering or meeting. The Visitor Center provides adult workshops, interpretive programs and hands-on childern’s acitivies.

Experience the magic of lavender! This 2-hour workshop begins with a hands-on tutorial on lavender harvest and concludes with the production of lavender essential oil. Each participant will take home a 10ml bottle of lavender essential oil, a bottle of lavender hydrosol (floral water), and a freshly picked bundle of lavender.
