Far West Flathead Lake Boat Tours

Far West Flathead Lake Boat Tours provide a unique opportunity to experience Flathead lake, the picturesque jewel of the Northwest.  As the largest lake west of the Mississippi, it is a memorable part of a Kalispell vacation.  Daytime or evening charters are available for groups up to 150 passengers.  A fully-licensed bar is available aboard and catering services can be arrange.

The Conrad Mansion Museum

The Conrad Mansion is listed on the national register of historic places and is one of the outstanding examples of Victoria-era elegance and period architecture in the Pacific Northwest. The Great Hall’s massive native stone fireplace and golden oak staircase is an ideal setting for group dinners and events. Outdoors, the native well-maintained gardens provide the perfect backdrop for a reception or meeting.

Bibler Gardens

Bibler Gardens is a private venue for pre-scheduled events in spring and summer. With breathtaking views of the Flathead Valley, this botanical garden and arboretum features acres of intensely planted flower beds in the English cottage style. The Bibler home offers a unique display of antiques, tribal Persian rugs and 19th century art. Each year the Flathead Valley Community College hosts tours in late May and July with all proceeds going to their scholarship fund. Private tours are available during the weekday business hours and must be scheduled in advance.  Sorry the Bibler Home and Gardens is not able to host weddings.

The Northwest Montana History Museum

The Northwest Montana History Museum was built in 1894 as Kalispell’s first school. This fully restored brick and stone landmark tells the story of early Kalispell from its founding in 1887. Within the museum are meeting facilities boasting historic architecture and provide amenities such as a kitchen, audio/visual equipment rental, baby grand piano and an authentic 1890’s carved wooded bar.

Hockaday Museum of Art

Hockaday Museum of Art presents the artistic legacy of Montana and Glacier National Park. Originally a Carnegie Library, this turn-of-the-century building is home to permanent collections from Montana artists and rotating exhibits of nationally renowned and emerging artists. The museum and surrounding grounds are available for group events.
